UMB works with a multitude of vendors and agencies to create products, services, content, and materials. Many of these initiatives are produced independently by lines of business with minimal oversight by the Marketing Communication team. 

The Brief
Create visual guidelines that provide clear instructions for anyone producing UMB materials.

The Creative
The UMB guidelines are organized into three sections: Essence, Architecture, and Components. 
-  Essence provides an overview of who UMB is, including its promise and value propositions. 
- Architecture explains how to utilize the guidelines for both external and internal conventions. 
- Components focus on the essential visual elements of the brand and their application.
