In 2010, VML was recognized as the #1 digital agency in North America. I led a creative team serving over 10 clients, including SAP, Avid, Ernst & Young, PetSmart, the Kansas City Royals, and Blue Cross & Blue Shield, managing long-term projects and strategic initiatives. My role encompassed creative direction, concept development, strategic planning, budgeting, creative approvals, team management, and pitching new business.
