The Setup
Baseball is a summer sport. Most people aren't thinking about baseball in the winter. However, that's when the Kansas City Royals need to sell tickets. 

The Brief
Remind people about baseball to drive ticket sales.

The Creative
Those who love baseball know all the lingo and sounds of the game. The mindset of this campaign was to combine baseball with winter in a fun and familiar manner. 
- Tons of fans go to see movies during the winter. We bought time in local theaters with a fun way to remind people of the game. When the lights are down, the video begins in pitch black immersing you in the sounds of baseball to stand out from typical theater ads. It concludes with a message of "Can't wait for baseball?" and a great offer to get seat packages.
- For print, we turned a snowball fight into a someone throwing a fastball. 
- We went out to KC's famous spots with Slugger and playing grass for impromptu games. The Royals stadium, Kauffman, is known for having an incredible fountain. We took the fountains and turned them into ice sculptures.
